After an early modelling stint, she appeared on the UPN noir mystery series Veronica Mars (2005–2006) and the CW comedy-drama series Gilmore Girls (2006–2007). Her breakthrough role was Jane Margolis on the AMC drama series Breaking Bad (2009–2010), a character she reprised in its spinoff film El Camino (2019).
